This is a standard maintenance window for application of Windows Updates, system reboots, and any underlying infrastructure maintenance or updates for our EMEA and APAC systems.

The current maintenance window is the first Saturday of each month during the following times:

Australia: 2 PM – 10 PM AEST
Europe (EU and UK): 6 AM – 2 PM CET (AZ2 or HC2)
Saudi Arabia: 7 AM – 3 PM AST (KS1)

*Note: your instance may not be down the entire duration of the maintenance window.
