Resolved

At approximately 12:55pm on May 5, 2024, the US-based hosting center experienced an outage which caused all external connections to fail. The incident was resolved by 2:30pm MST the same day.

The issue was caused by an edge network device crashing and not self-recovering, which required some on-site hands to resolve. The impact was only to external network connections. No customer sites experienced any data loss or further problems.
